Guest Reviews & Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, and I adored the corner room with a fantastic downtown view. The cleanliness was top-notch, although I found the additional $35/night charge for parking a bit overpriced considering it's across the street or next door.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed, I was disappointed to learn that my room had been given to another guest instead of me. The price paid didn't match the experience. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach of opting into turn-down service rather than automatic changes. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to friendly staff like Jordan and Joe who went out of their way to make my stay welcoming. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore downtown and Little Italy. Dining was a bit pricey for what was offered, but the food was delicious. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with a cozy window seat, a spacious king bed, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The walk-in shower with a rain shower head was a nice touch. The location was superb, being downtown and close to Santa Fe station and other transport stops. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options.
The hotel offers spacious and attractive rooms, with a well-done bathroom and a daily open rooftop terrace; however, some rooms lack natural light. The service is top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff that keep guests entertained. The location is fantastic in the downtown area, close to entertainment and shopping, with easy access to beaches; although a drive may be needed for nightlife in certain areas. The dining experience is of high quality, especially the cured meats. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a range of amenities for guests to enjoy.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to Little Italy, the waterfront, and the Gaslamp Quarter. The rooms were beautifully designed with thoughtful details, although I wished I could've experienced the unavailable room. The service was exceptional, from the helpful check-in with Maria to the wonderful bartenders. The dining options were a mix of good and overpriced choices, and the facilities were impressive. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel was a great find for the price. The room was clean and large, even though it was a bit delayed in being ready upon my arrival. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was optimal for exploring Little Italy and the waterfront, providing easy access to different areas of San Diego. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
